Breathe (yoga)

Like a physical therapy session for your entire body, you’ll target the deep muscles that support posture, stability and overall strength.

When does my pass start?
Your 2 weeks begins on the day of your first class. We challenge you to grab your pass today to keep yourself accountable!
do I need experience?
Not at all. Most of our students come in as beginners.
which class should i start with?
Breathe or Barre are great starting points. We’re happy to guide you toward your own perfect class if you’d like!
Are aerial classes included?
Yes! You’re welcome to attend aerial classes on your pass.
